I am a Certified Fitness Trainer with over 7 years of experience:) I decided to be a fitness trainer because i enjoy and i am passionate about fitness and nutritional food. My take on fitness is not just looking slim or pump muscles on body, Its a complete holistic approach for MIND - BODY and SOUL, I have helped my clients not only lose weight but also make them strong and Fit within. My training doesn't put you on boring fad diets, Yes! you read that right. No boring diets but healthy nutritional and tasty options to keep you full and satiated on your journey to weight loss / weight gain or fitness. I have dealt many clients not only for weight loss but also for weight gain, joints mobility, body stiffness, weight gain issues due to hormonal imbalance in women and many other fitness issues.
