Hi, I'm Shantha. I hold a Master’s degree (ME) in Power Electronics and Drives and have over 8 years of experience working as a faculty member in an engineering college. During my time in academia, I was involved in teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Currently, I am conducting online classes, continuing my passion for teaching and staying updated with the latest developments in the field. I have a strong foundation in power electronics, electrical machines, and control systems, and I enjoy making complex concepts easy to understand. I am now looking for new opportunities where I can apply my technical knowledge, teaching experience, and communication skills—whether in education, training, or industry roles related to my field.
