Dr. Jayaprada Chunduri has 19 years of experience in planning and executing scientific research projects - identified 29 new microbes (access via NCBI) and 2 insect moonlight proteins (access via Moonlight Protein Databases), 2 bio-projects (access via NCBI); published 41 original research papers and articles in recognized national and international journals of UGC, Publon, WOS, SCOPUS. She received a Senior Research Fellowship from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) to pursue research in microalgal and biodiversity studies of marine harbors in association with aquatic pollution. Further to her research pursuits, Dr. Jayaprada is deeply engaged in academics. She has held several key positions over the years - Head of the Department (Biotechnology) at SVKM's Mithibai College (University of Mumbai), Chairperson of the Board of Studies (Biotechnology) at Mithibai College, Member of Board of Studies at University of Mumbai and three autonomous colleges (Zoology, Biot
