With a passion for yoga and wellness, along with [over 2 years of experience], I specialize in a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin and Pranayama practices, mental wellness, yogic diet and science, yoga therapy for various health issues, face yoga as well as cardio. I am also skilled in addressing specific health needs such as digestion issues, PCOD, and period-related concerns through tailored yoga sequences. My teaching emphasizes mindfulness, breathwork, and alignment, creating a holistic experience for my students.
