Dipender has a wide experience across Information Technology, Recruitments, Real Estate and Education spanning over 18 years. He has had over 13 years experience in Leading highly motivated teams in IT projects in multinationals like HCL, Accenture and IBM. He had a brief stint in sales and brand management with a Real Estate Giant. His wide experience in various sectors has honed his communication and people skills. He is now a Design Thinking Evangelist, an Image Consultant and Corporate Leadership Trainer. He has received certifications in the field of ISO, TOGAF and Deign Thinking. He has trained over 5000 students and corporate professionals and leaders in the last 6 years.
