I have been working as an Assistant Professor since 14th April 2022 and teaching students Remedial Biology and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology. About my research and experience, during my complete research period, I have got chance to learn skills regarding mammalian cell culture; stem cells culture; molecular techniques (RNA, DNA and plasmid isolation, PCR, western blotting, southern blotting); cryopreservation techniques; pathology methods (histology, immunostaining); basics of genome editing technologies and assisted reproductive techniques (in vitro fertilization and animal hand-made cloning). While I have learnt all techniques, I have hands-on experience of working on different livestock animals specifically buffalo, goat, and pig. With all due respect, your institute will provide me an excellent opportunity to work from home as an educator.
