About Me
My philosophy of teaching is to enable learners, imbibe knowledge and stay motivated in the long run. Nearly 20 years of observing, learning, and teaching HR, I have understood that besides disseminating knowledge, keeping the students engaged and involved, throughout the learning process, helps them achieve greater success. I make sure that my students, apart from learning HR concepts, are encouraged to take part in various activities that hones their personality and keep them motivated, so as to accomplish their goals. I use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students, which includes problem solving scenarios, management games and role plays. Experiential learning and case study methods elucidate the best out of the students, as their thoughts and ideas emanate freely. My role as a teacher is just not to deliver lessons but empower them in problem solving and decision making.
