DEAR SIR, I am DR ANTONETTE ASUMPTHA J RAYAN of the bim21st batch.I am pursuing Post Doc from DYPIMS, I have done my PhD in National Institute of Technology, Trichy. Ph.D. in Knowledge Management -with Psychological theories-Theory of Planned Behaviour and Theory of Reasoned Action and Succession planning among entrepreneurs(family business). My masters from Bharathidasan Institute of Management.- HR/systems. I am a BCA WITH 82% I have worked as a faculty in Madurai Kamaraj University –MBA-2 years and another MBA in general management from MKU with 70%.I have done my PADHR programme from IIM Indore. Data Scientist certification from Staragile.I have finished M.A. Psychology from ISBM. An Editor of IIP series and Reviewe at IJHM.If given a chance will do the best of my ability.
