About Me

I'm Dr AditI Chaudhary and and it is with great enthusiasm that I extend a warm welcome to each of you as we embark on this journey of learning, exploration, and growth together. I am excited to introduce myself and share my teaching philosophy with you. I hold a MSc in Microbiology and a PhD in Food Microbiology. During my research, I have isolated anti-cancerous compounds from lactic acid bacteria, leading to patented novel probiotic food formulations. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the intricate relationship between science, innovation, and real-world applications. My passion for learning and curiosity-driven research has fueled my journey as a dedicated educator. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of teaching and conducting research at the prestigious IIT, New Delhi, India. This experience has not only refined my expertise but also allowed me to work closely with graduate and postgraduate students, nurturing their knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
