About Me

I love being with kids and teaching is my passion. I carry 20+ years of corporate experience in Recruitment across multiple levels. My last employment was with IBM India private ltd., as a Recruitment Manager. I have worked with companies like GE Capital, Amazon, Xerox Business services in the past. My experience in dealing with candidates with zero experience to senior roles and being a mother of a 4th grader has thought me finesse, patience and discipline which gives me an edge in dealing with children . I am on a break currently and looking for opportunities which will give flexibility and more time to spend with family.
