About Me

. I have had a blend of Academic and Corporate experience in past 14 years of my professional career. I have been awarded PhD on topic, “A study on the effects of Emotional Labor on Employee Work Outcomes in Professions involving Customer Service Work” which was conferred with Best PhD Thesis Award at seventeenth PIMR International Conference, organized by Prestige Institute of Management & Research Indore. I hold University Gold Medal for her 5 years MBA(MS) degree pursued at IIPS, DAVV, Indore, and have also received Certificate of Merit from ISTD, Delhi for scoring All India Highest in Electronic Enabled Training and Development Systems while perusing her Diploma in Training and Development. I have successfully completed HR Analytics Certification Program from IIM, Rohtak in 2022, and have undergone FDP from IIM, Indore in 2012. Currently I am associated with Daly College of Business Management, Indore as Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator.
