I graduated from dental school in the class of 2011, completed my MDS in 2016, and attained my Executive MBA from the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, in 2024. For the past year, I've been deeply involved in teaching, which has become a true passion of mine. Currently, I serve as the AGM of Operations and Control at a healthcare company overseeing 500 clinics nationwide. In this role, I manage a team of 1400 doctors and 1600 assistants, addressing their challenges, devising policies, and facilitating training and development initiatives. With over 12 years of experience in healthcare, I specialize in cost reduction, manpower management, and revenue generation. While my profession lies in healthcare management, my heart lies in teaching.
