I introduce myself as a HR professional with more than 7 years of experience in multinational companies in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure sector and manufacturing companies. I am well versed with recruitment and post recruitment activities such as on boarding, induction, framing and streamlining of policies and procedures, general administration and etc. I had taken a break on 2014 and since then I am on my own, doing agriculture and plantation till date.
