I worked as Assistant professor in Management college.As a tuition owner run my own coaching centre. As a tutor, my role is to provide high-quality, student-focused instruction that helps learners achieve their academic goals. I assess each student's learning needs and design personalized lesson plans to improve understanding and performance. I explain concepts clearly, encourage active participation, and create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions. I regularly monitor progress through practice exercises and assessments, provide constructive feedback, and adapt my teaching methods to suit different learning styles. I aim to build strong subject knowledge while developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning skills. I maintain effective communication with parents when required .
