About Me
Gurminder Singh Gill is a proficient English Language Trainer and Teacher Educator with over 16years of experience in teacher training and faculty development, specialising in English language skills, communication competence, and classroom effectiveness. He guided healthcare professionals to achieve international standard of communication skills. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with Linguistics, which strongly informs his training methodology by integrating cognitive learning principles, learner psychology, and neuro-linguistics approaches into English language teaching. This interdisciplinary foundation enables him to design training programmes that are not only linguistically sound but also psychologically engaging and learner-centred. He has been contributing as a Board Member of Studies in English Department at Khalsa College, Amritsar. As a TEFL/TESOL-certified trainer (Teaching English as a Foreign Language)
