Dear, I am writing to express my enthusiastic interest in the English/ESL Teacher position . With over six years of dynamic and internationally-focused experience, spanning both higher education and K-12 environments, I offer a robust background in TESOL methodologies, curriculum innovation, and pedagogical leadership that aligns perfectly with your institution’s commitment to high standards in language education. My recent role as an ESL Teacher for the Ministry of Public Education in Uzbekistan allowed me to successfully deliver British curriculum-based instruction to diverse student groups. During this time, I not only developed and implemented project-based lesson plans, IBL method and ELC method to enhance real-world English fluency, but also successfully led a three-year master’s training program for local teachers, demonstrating my capacity for faculty development and mentorship. This leadership was recognized with the “Best Performance Award” in 2023-24 for outstanding student
