About Me
I am Himanshu Bansal, currently pursuing a BS-MS dual degree at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Tirupati. My academic and research journey reflects a deep curiosity for interdisciplinary science, especially in the fields of nanotechnology, inorganic and analytical chemistry, and planetary science. Over the past few years, I have worked on several projects and review articles that explore innovative and sustainable applications of nanotechnology—from synthesizing nanoparticles derived from agricultural waste to their use in cancer nanomedicine and immunomodulatory therapies. My work has been mentored by distinguished scientists across the globe, including collaborations with Southern Federal University, Russia; Michigan State University, USA; and ICMR-RMRI, India. In addition to research, I have strengthened my technical and analytical skills through internships at the Physical Research Laboratory (ISRO, Ahmedabad) focusing on lunar surface analysis
