Dear Hiring Manager, Exceptional teaching is not about delivering information—it is about helping students discover confidence in their own ability to learn. Throughout my 22-year career as a Chemistry educator, I have been driven by one simple goal: making Chemistry understandable, engaging, and enjoyable for every student. Currently serving as Head of the Science Department and Cambridge Coordinator at a reputated School of Drlhi, I teach more than 200 senior secondary students annually while maintaining a consistent 100% board examination pass rate. My students regularly achieve Chemistry scores between 95% and 100%, and many have successfully secured admission to prestigious engineering and medical institutions through JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET. Alongside classroom teaching, I have extensive experience delivering technology-enabled instruction using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Google Classroom.
