Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Tutoring Sessions:

   • Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to pharmacy students.
   • Assist students in understanding complex pharmaceutical concepts, drug interactions, pharmacokinetics, and related subjects.

2. Develop Educational Materials:

   • Prepare and present instructional materials, including study guides, practice exams, and other resources to aid in students' comprehension of pharmacy topics.

3. Facilitate Interactive Learning:

   • Engage students in interactive learning activities to reinforce theoretical knowledge and practical applications in pharmacy practice.

4. Address Student Concerns:

   • Respond to student inquiries, clarify doubts, and provide additional explanations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of course content.

5. Assessment and Feedback:

   • Evaluate students' performance through quizzes, exams, and assignments.
   • Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and application of pharmacy concepts.

6. Stay Updated:

   • Keep abreast of developments in pharmacy, pharmacology, and related fields to incorporate current information into tutoring sessions.

7. Collaborate with Faculty:

   • Work closely with pharmacy faculty to align tutoring efforts with the curriculum and address specific learning needs.

8. Support Study Skills:

   • Assist students in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and exam preparation strategies.

9. Maintain Records:

   • Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and attendance.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

   • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

2. Pharmacy Licensure:

   • Current licensure as a pharmacist (if applicable).

3. Teaching Experience:

   • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching pharmacy-related subjects is preferred.

4. Communication Skills:

   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex pharmacy concepts effectively.

5. Interpersonal Skills:

   • Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.

6. Technology Proficiency:

   • Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
