Job Description: As an online tutor for high school students, your primary responsibility will be to provide academic support and guidance to students in various subject areas. You will be responsible for helping students understand and master the content covered in their courses, enhancing their learning experience, and fostering their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct online tutoring sessions: Use virtual platforms to conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with high school students. Sessions may be scheduled in advance or arranged on an as-needed basis.

2. Provide subject-specific instruction: Assist students in understanding and comprehending concepts, theories, and principles in subjects such as math, science, English, history, and more. Tailor your instruction to meet individual students' needs and learning styles.

3. Help with homework and assignments: Assist students in completing their homework assignments, projects, and other academic tasks. Clarify instructions, review completed work, and provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding and performance.

4. Develop personalized learning plans: Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and create personalized learning plans to address their individual needs. Identify areas where students may require additional support and design strategies to improve their understanding and skills.

5. Monitor progress and track performance: Regularly assess students' progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments. Track their performance and provide feedback to students and parents on their strengths, areas for improvement, and strategies for further development.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in high school or recent high school graduate.
• Strong academic background and proficiency in subjects commonly taught in high school.
