Responsibilities:

1. Conduct online tutoring sessions with students from Class 1 to 10, following the curriculum and syllabus guidelines.
2. Provide personalized academic support to students, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and tailoring lessons accordingly.
3. Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and learning resources that align with the curriculum and cater to students' individual needs.
4. Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
5. Assist students with homework assignments, projects, and test preparation, ensuring their understanding of the subject matter.
6. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment, promoting student participation and active learning.
7. Utilize online tools, educational software, and other resources to enhance the learning experience.
8. Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians to address any concerns, provide updates on progress, and discuss strategies for improvement.
9. Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and any relevant information.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, subject-specific field, or relevant discipline.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of the academic subjects for Class 1 to 10, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Hindi.
3. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an online environment.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of different age groups.
6. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to conduct online tutoring sessions.
7. Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
8. Time management skills and the ability to work independently.
