About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Online Statistics Tutor to help students build a strong foundation in statistical concepts and data analysis. The tutor will provide personalized instruction, assist with coursework and assignments, and prepare students for examinations across school, college, and university levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online Statistics tutoring sessions for students.
• Teach fundamental and advanced statistical concepts, including descriptive statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, sampling techniques, and inferential statistics.
• Assist students with assignments, projects, case studies, and research work.
• Support students in using statistical software such as SPSS, R, SAS, Minitab, Excel, or Python for data analysis.
• Develop customized lesson plans based on students' academic needs and learning objectives.
• Prepare students for school exams, university assessments, competitive exams, and professional certifications.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents when required.
• Create practice exercises, quizzes, and mock tests to reinforce learning.
• Stay updated with modern statistical methods and analytical tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or academic mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of probability, statistical analysis, and quantitative methods.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex statistical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience teaching CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, A-Level, AP, undergraduate, or postgraduate Statistics courses.
• Knowledge of statistical software and data visualization tools.
• Experience supporting research projects, dissertations, or thesis work.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics concepts is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
