Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Tutor who can leverage AI tools and subject expertise to deliver high-quality, personalized learning experiences. The ideal candidate will combine teaching skills with the ability to effectively use AI platforms to support students with homework, concept clarity, and exam preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide AI-assisted tutoring sessions to students across various subjects (K-12 / competitive exams / international curricula).
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, adaptive learning platforms, etc.) to:
  • Explain concepts step-by-step
  • Generate practice questions and quizzes
  • Personalize learning paths for students
• Review and validate AI-generated responses for accuracy and clarity
• Help students with homework, assignments, and doubt resolution
• Track student progress and provide actionable feedback
• Create engaging learning content using AI (notes, summaries, flashcards)
• Ensure a high-quality, ethical, and safe learning environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject (Master’s preferred)
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience (online preferred)
• Strong conceptual knowledge in your subject area
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and explanation skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics for different learning levels
• Basic tech proficiency (Zoom, LMS platforms, digital whiteboards)

• Experience with AI-based tutoring or EdTech platforms
• Exposure to international curricula (IB, GCSE, AP, etc.)
