The Monetization Strategy Intern position at TikTok, within the Global Business Solutions (GBS) - Monetization Strategy and Operations team, offers a comprehensive experience in shaping the company's advertising business. This 12-week internship, commencing in May/June 2025, is designed for MBA students eager to delve into strategy and operations within a dynamic digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights.

Strategy Development: Assist in formulating strategies for various advertiser segments, collaborating with leadership on high-impact projects.
