Job Summary:
As an E-Bike Mobility Analyst Intern, you will analyze mobility trends, assess data from our e-bike fleet, and provide insights to improve performance and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the growth of sustainable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret mobility data related to e-bike usage, performance, and user behavior.

• Assist in creating reports and dashboards to visualize key insights.

• Support the optimization of e-bike fleet distribution and operational efficiency.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve e-bike solutions based on data insights.

• Provide recommendations for improving user engagement and customer experience.

• Assist in evaluating new technologies and innovations in the micromobility sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Transportation, Urban Planning, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R is a plus.

• Knowledge of GIS mapping and data visualization tools is advantageous.
