Position Overview:

St. Joan’s Convent School, a reputed educational institution in the Lodhi Road Complex, New Delhi, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Principal. Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to achieve the school’s mission and vision.

Oversee the academic, administrative, and extracurricular operations of the school.

Ensure adherence to educational standards and regulatory guidelines.

Foster a positive and collaborative environment for teachers, staff, students, and parents.

Lead curriculum planning, teacher training, and performance evaluations.

Maintain discipline, ethical practices, and a nurturing school culture.

Represent the school in community and professional events.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in reputed Delhi schools, with progressive leadership roles.

A graduate degree in Education (B.Ed.)

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Deep understanding of modern teaching methodologies and child psychology.

Knowledge of Delhi's educational policies and frameworks.

A local resident of Delhi is preferred for ease of accessibility and familiarity with the community.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
