About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Data Trainer Intern to join our AI/ML team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about AI, data quality, and machine learning. As an AI Data Trainer, you will work closely with data scientists and engineers to train AI models by curating, annotating, and refining datasets to improve model accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Label, annotate, and preprocess datasets to enhance AI/ML model performance.
• Work with NLP, image recognition, or speech data to improve AI system understanding.
• Conduct quality checks on datasets and provide feedback to optimize training data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine AI algorithms.
• Develop guidelines for data annotation and ensure consistency in training data.
• Analyze AI model outputs to identify errors and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends and best practices for data training.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, data processing, and annotation techniques.
• Experience with data labeling tools such as Labelbox, Prodigy, or internal annotation platforms (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Python and SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
