Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to students in the primary years. The ideal candidate will create a stimulating learning environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum (British / IB / CBSE, as applicable)
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into lessons
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership teams
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed. mandatory)
• Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in primary grades
• Strong understanding of international curricula (British/IB preferred)
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching in an international school environment
• Familiarity with KHDA / ADEK standards (UAE education authorities)
• Ability to integrate EdTech tools into teaching
• Experience with inquiry-based or student-centered learning approaches
