Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and caring Playschool Teacher who can create a joyful, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners (ages 2–5 years).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Use play-based and experiential learning methods
• Monitor and document student progress
• Collaborate with parents and provide regular updates
• Organize classroom materials, storytelling, and creative activities

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCE preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in playschool / preschool teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach
• Basic knowledge of classroom management and child safety

Preferred Skills

• Experience with activity-based learning
• Creative skills (art, storytelling, music, dance)
• Familiarity with modern early learning practices
