About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of students in the primary years.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the IB / British curriculum (depending on school program)
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
• Develop lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress regularly
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning
• Integrate technology into teaching practices where appropriate
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed. or equivalent)
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in primary education
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching in IB (PYP) or British Curriculum schools
• Previous experience in international schools, preferably in the UAE
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms
