Do you guarantee that I will get a Student?
We do not guarantee that you will get a Student after taking a premium membership. Homework Guru is an online marketplace, where Students search for Tutors and Institutes across various learning categories. As these students post their learning requirement, we pass those enquiries to you which match your Homework Guru profile. To ensure accuracy of data, we validate Student’s phone number before passing the enquiry to you.
When am I billed?
A tutor or an institute shall be billed in the following scenarios:
a) When you upgrade to any of our premium membership plans.
b) When you buy extra coins, on exhausting your Homework Guru coins.
c) When you renew your premium membership plan before the expiry date.
d) When you upgrade to a higher plan for more benefits.
How many enquiries do I get every month?
There is no cap on the number of enquiries you get every month irrespective of your membership plan. We send you all enquiries that match your profile.
Is there any limit on the number of enquiries I can respond to?
There is no limit. You can respond to an unlimited number of enquiries. But you must be a premium member and have enough coin balance to respond to enquiries.
I'm trying to respond to an enquiry. Why am I being asked to upgrade?
Being on a Free plan, we don't allow you to respond to enquiries and connect with students.
To respond to an enquiry, you need Homework Guru Coins. You get those coins on upgrading to any of the premium membership plans. When you upgrade to premium membership plan, you can respond to more number of enquiries and grow your business.
I am a paid member. I’m not receiving any enquiries from students?
Please contact us at support@homeworkguru.com with your profile details and we'll work with you to optimize your membership and help you get relevant enquiries from students.
How do I request a refund?
We only allow a refund within 24 hours of you buying a subscription. Beyond that time we don’t refund any amount.
