Uncertainty about the future is always difficult to cope up with. The future is yet to arrive, but this uncertainity takes a toll on the present time in our lives. It does not allow us to live for the moment with pleasure. Therefore, uncertainty must be dealt with tact in order to avoid anxiety and depression associated with it.
Uncertainty has a special character associate with it. When it strikes, our mind starts trying to predict how things will turn out. We choose from the options that are apparent to us, the ones we can see in the moment. But those options are never the whole story.
It also brings negativity: We can only put in efforts and the outcome of it is not in one’s hands. However, worrying about an uncertain future does affect our outcome and makes us think negative about the results which someway affect our efficiency and courage. In the middle of uncertainty-induced anxiety, our vision narrows affects the cognitive functions of brain and reducing the problem-solving abilities.
Try to follow some relaxing techniques as the relaxed mind is able to think better and make new strategies. Remind yourself that there are options that you can’t possibly see right now. Just because you don’t see them doesn’t mean they aren’t there.
Be optimistic:- When God closes one door, it opens another. Always recite this principle. There are never dyeing opportunities available for you. Only thing is that you need to explore them. Take a look back to see the positive things that have happened to you in the past. That will tell you that life is a mix of ups and downs.
