4 outdoor activities that will keep your mind active

College life is full of fun, adventures and new experiences. However, at the same time, there is heavy burden of studies. Sometimes the routine of lectures, assignments and examinations becomes monotonous that one needs to have some outdoor activities which can help in rejuvenating the mind and body. Here are four interesting outdoor activities to take some time out for you.

  • Indulge in your favorite sports: Join a group or academy where you can enjoy playing your favorite sports such as SKY DIVING , football, volleyball, baseball, basketball etc.
  • Swimming: swimming can be a fun activity to freshen you up. Not only it helps you stay active but also helps in reducing some extra calories which you might have put on in the hasty campus schedule.
  • Reading close to nature: For some of you, reading may be an all time favorite pastime. However, being close to nature while reading can be very refreshing. All you need to do is to take your favorite book to some hilly area nearby or a river-side and enjoy the peace and beauty of nature.
  • Mountaineering & Camping:- To add some adventure to your regular schedules will be rejuvenating  and it also brings with it physical exercises. Enroll yourself in a mountaineering club where you can enjoy the adventures of hills in between the study breaks from college. This will also fetch you some good friends outside college campus.

All these activities will help you get out of your routine and will help you achieve inner growth and mental peace. Also, it will give you a breath of fresh air and curb temporary depression , if any.
